Digital Product Delivery and Refund Policy

Delivery Process

  1. As this is a digital product, we will send it to the email address you used to register with Shopify (or the email you used for payment).
  2. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly and check your spam folder if you don't receive our communications.
  3. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
  4. Within 4-8 business hours, we will send you the access code and instructions.
  5. Typically, the Access Code is sent within 4 hours, unless there are network issues or time zone differences.

Refund Policy

  1. Upon receiving the Access Code, if you haven't redeemed it, you can request a refund within 24 hours.
  2. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from refunds to cover payment gateway charges.
  3. If you have already redeemed or activated the Access Code, we cannot process a refund.
